Yes, we’d like to rent out our building or campsite through Scouting-Blokhut.nl

If your group wants to rent out a building and/or campsite via Scouting-Blokhut.nl, you can make use of the following features:

1. Rental and scheduling of buildings and fields
2. Equipment rental
3. Sales of materials (e.g. badges, firewood, electricity, etc.)
4. A booking portal for guests
5. Communication module with guests (via the portal)
6. Support for online down and final payments through Mollie (you’ll need your own Mollie account)
7. Invoicing directly from the system, taking into account possible tourist taxes
8. Multiple user roles within the system (Manager, Treasurer, Caretaker, Booking Coordinator)

The system is cloud-based, so you can log in from anywhere. Managers can grant login access to multiple people within your Scout group, allowing you to work together in the same system.

All this for just €255 per year (incl. VAT, 2026 rate).
